LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE?

Dear Bertie:

I have been in a relationship with a wonderful man for the last two years and just recently found out that he had been married many years ago. Am I wrong to call our relationship in to question? Should I be worried that he has hidden other things from me in the past? I really do care about him and felt like he was the one but now I don’t know what to do.

Confused in Seattle

Dear Confused:

However good a man he may have seemed, he obviously has a tendency to hide things, even important things. There is no reason to assume this will change in the future. I suggest leaving him and then planning some type of elaborate revenge. Stay away from things like sugar in the gas tank and try to use your imagination.

Bertie
