MARK ZUCKERBERG SACRIFICING ANIMALS AT NEW FACEBOOK HEADQUARTERS

May 30 2011

Menlo Park, CA – Most businesses take 3-5 years before gaining real stability. There will be growth periods in that time, and periods where business is just booming, but the general rule of thumb is that it takes about half a decade before the business is mark zuckerberg
really set and stable, providing a platform on which to build. For most young businesses, the interim years are tough, filled with debt and desperation, days when it would seem better to just give it all up and go work for someone else. For those who stick it out though, the rewards can be remarkable.

Facebook never really went through that. The site was a hit pretty much from the start and it has never had any particular trouble bringing in money or visitors. For many young entrepreneurs Facebook’s success is the dream, a fantasy which will never come true no matter how hard they try. The group behind that business are living that dream, having started their site in a dorm room and making themselves into billionaires. It’s a unique and remarkable success story, the likes of which may never happen again. At the centre of that story is one man, the awkward and sweaty CEO Mark Zuckerberg who stumbled upon a great idea and made it soar. The story of Facebook is really his story, making him into a myth and a legend, virtually invulnerable to criticism even after he announced plans to start slaughtering animals and eating their raw flesh.

“This year, my personal challenge is around being thankful for the food I have to eat. I think many people forget that a living being has to die for you to eat meat, so my goal revolves around not letting myself forget that and being thankful for what I have,” mark zuckerberg sweating
Zuckerberg wrote in a letter to Fortune. “I don't have an issue with anything people choose to eat, but I do think they should take responsibility and be thankful for what they eat rather than trying to ignore where it came from.”

Zuckerberg hs apparently already killed a lobster, a chicken, a pig and a goat. It’s not clear where his culinary designs will turn next.

“There is certainly something to be said for sustainable farming, killing what you eat, raising your own food, but this seems a little extreme. After all this is a privileged billionaire CEO, not a farmer. Killing animals out in the country is one thing, but killing them in a backyard in Menlo Park is something else entirely,” said Scrape TV Technology analyst Ken Kevins. “It’s unlikely that this will catch on like Facebook has done, simply because it is not as simple as using that service. That is the core of its success, the simplicity of its application. If someone could make slaughtering animals that simple I’m sure more people would do it but that isn’t likely to happen anytime soon.”

Zuckerberg has reportedly asked Zynga, the company behind Facebook games Farmville and Mafia Wars, to create an animal slaughter game. No word yet on release.mark zuckerberg sweaty

“Really though this is a kind of full circle for Zuckerberg. It’s entirely likely that if he had zigged when he should have zagged he wouldn’t be a billionaire but rather doing a little more of this animal slaughter as a profession,” continued Kevins. Aside the cult-like things that apparently go on at Facebook, people like Zuckerberg need to be successful one way or the other, whether that’s in technology or in killing things. It’s just a good thing for everyone that he decided to turn that rejection from his girlfriend into something positive, otherwise he might have a little more than goat blood on his hands.”

Zuckerberg has apparently started slaughtering animals at the new Facebook headquarters only a few blocks from his new home.
