JAMES CAMERON PLANNING TO BECOME THE KING OF NEW ZEALAND

Wellington, New Zealand – The James Cameron if you want, and many do, but there is no debating his prowess as a filmmaker and even as a braggart. For every time Cameron has been told he can’t do something he has done it and been far more 
successful than anyone could have imagined, at least in film, and done it off his own hard work. He has delivered time and time again and always put his money where his mouth was.
Surely this wasn’t the course of the story that anyone could have expected from its rather ignominious start way back in a small Canadian town, but it is the story that James Cameron has written for himself. The heart and soul of two major franchises, and with the two highest grossing movies of all time, it really has been a remarkable success story that has rightfully earned him what he has, which itself is a rare story in Hollywood.
Now though it appears that it will be Hollywood no longer as the director makes plans to shoot the next two ‘Avatar’ movies in New Zealand, where he will also move permanently after being promised the crown of the nation making him the King he always believed he could become as a child.
“Jim is gone and he’s taking his family with him. He’s very excited, they are all very excited about the move. The property they have is really beautiful and just down the 
street from Peter Jackson who is a good friend. It’s going to be a great adventure for the whole Cameron clan,” said an insider close to the family. “It took a little while to make the decision, moving everything halfway around the world is not an easy decision to make, but the government of New Zealand made a really enticing offer that he couldn’t refuse. That made the decision much easier and he is looking forward to getting on his throne and having the crown and scepter.”
It is believed that Cameron will be given a largely ceremonial position as King of New Zealand. Legally, Queen Elizabeth is the Royal head of the nation though again that is largely ceremonial.
Cameron has no intentions of marrying Queen Elizabeth, though such an act would not make him King in any case, simply a Royal consort.
“He knows what it is but he also knows that the Queen is very far from New Zealand. He will be there everyday living in the country and that is going to make a big difference in what he is able to do to help the people of the country. He can do a lot more living there and whatever the legal status, he is sure that the people of New 
Zealand will eventually come to see him as their King and give him all due worship,” continued the insider. “He really is doing this for the people of New Zealand, not himself. I’m sure he and the family will enjoy the status and everything that comes with that but it really isn’t the reason he is taking on this responsibility. He believes that he is the best thing for the people of the country and that he can do great things for them. Frankly, I’ve never known him to say things he can’t deliver on so I’m sure he’s right.”
Jackson, who has also had an immensely successful career and is a native, reportedly prefers to be the man behind the throne and will act as an advisor to Cameron as he rules.
