KORN LASHES OUT AT OBAMA AND MOST OF THE LAST DECADE

Los Angeles, CA – There was a time when they had the life. They got the life and they had the life and then things just kind of slipped away. That happens with all pop stars eventually. New things come along, kids grow into adults, and your relevance just starts to fade. It was always going to happen to Korn, just as it has with everyone else.
In their prime there was really no stopping the band. They dominated the music charts and were on the cusp of radically reorganizing youth culture entirely, and then as quickly as they burst onto the scene they, as well as compatriots such as Limp Bizkit, were gone. For the most part, people assumed that that was that. They vanished, died or whatever, gone for good.
Not so, though, as evidenced by the sudden reappearance of frontman Jonathan Davis who has come out swinging against President Barack Obama and just about everything else he doesn’t like that has happened in the last decade, which appears to be just about everything.
“I feel like Obama’s an Illuminati puppet. He’s basically dragged this country down into the worst it’s ever been. Like I say about the White House, ‘You’ve built this house of shame.’ Everybody looked up at the White House and America and now I think it’s like a house of shame. I miss the old days when people were proud to be American,” Davis told Billboard.com.
Davis was talking to the site to promote their new album. No, seriously Korn does have a new album with music and everything.
The last time the band was seen together was during a rocking Weenie Roast in Los Angeles back in 2007.
“I don’t like much about the 2000’s, honestly. I don’t like Facebook or Twitter or any of those things. The Google thing too, I hate that. It’s just, you know, not there. It’s just a thing but not a real thing you know. Everything now just makes me angry, especially Obama and the Illuminati. We didn’t have all that back in the 90’s,” continued Davis. “That’s why we made this album. We are so angry about so many things that we just had to get it out there, tell the kids you know that it’s good to be angry, that sometimes you have to be angry about things and that you shouldn’t just let things pass. Things like the Illuminati and the Google, they all work together to make it happen and that is something we can’t just allow to keep happening.”
Davis also hates that he can’t buy Tahiti Treat anymore without great difficulty, a common refrain from many people in his age group.
“It’s actually kind of cool to see Davis up there all angry and stuff again. I mean being angry and lashing out at things is better than being dead, mostly at least. For him for sure. I mean dead is dead and there is no coming back from that, but you can always not be angry,” said Scrape TV Political analyst Gabriel Kinsey. “It’s really a kind of unanticipated comeback for Korn. I hope it doesn’t mean that they will be back on the charts, if they even have those anymore, but it’s good for them and their families to know that they aren’t, in fact, dead. That should make them happy.”
Davis is said to have stocked up on Tahiti Treat back in 2002 but the supplies are now dwindling.
