PARIS HILTON UNBANNED FROM NIGHTCLUB BUT STILL NOT A CELEBRITY AGAIN

Las Vegas, NV – It’s been a long, hard few years for Paris Hilton. The person who innovated the practice of becoming rich and famous by being rich and famous has fallen on hard times. Cocaine possession, drunken nights, and losing much her fame to people, the Kardashians, who have simply done it better have made the last few years rough for Hilton, but things do appear to be looking up, at least a little.
Hilton was recently spotted at a Surrender nightclub in Las Vegas, a property owned by Steve Wynn who had earlier banned Hilton from his properties. Hilton, partying the night away, is said to be thrilled to be at peace with Wynn once again, and is apparently hoping that this victory will just be one of many to come in the New Year.
“Paris is thrilled to have that particular drama behind her. She has had a rough time lately and it has been very stressful. Being banned from Wynn properties, aside from being embarrassing, has also been a blow to her revenue stream. Not only has she not been able to make money from those appearances, not making them has also caused her to slide off the map and that has really hurt,” said a Hilton insider. “She is really positive, hoping that this peace accord will allow her to get back on track and serve as a kind of symbol that things are going to get better. After all, at her age another sex tape probably won’t work and it’s not something she is really interested in doing anyway. Creatively she is in a different place than that.”
Hilton first rose to prominence in 2003 on her back in that notorious sex tape, a methodology that has been copied by many since including Kim Kardashian.
“Paris, well let’s just say that Paris will not be working with the Kardashians anytime soon. She just feels like they took what she did and copied her and that is smarting, especially because they have been so much more successful. It hurts, but she is confident because she was the first,” continued the insider. “She also feels that in her current position she has more flexibility to do different things. She is not bogged down by success and so she is free to do new things creatively that no Kardashian is capable of doing.”
It’s not yet clear if Hilton will expand her work to other Wynn-owned facilities as a part of that new creative vision.
“The real issue for Hilton is whether or not her time has come and gone. There are no guarantees with celebrity and someone who was big once is not necessarily going to get back to that ever again, especially once it has been lost. It can happen again, look at Tom Cruise, but it’s rare,” said Scrape TV Entertainment analyst Tracey Temple. “She hasn’t shown a whole lot of enthusiasm for doing what she needs to do to get back on top again and that is a concern for her future, but you never know. I mean the Kardshians can’t last forever and nostalgia does have a lot of power.”
Hilton has recently been spotted with Rick Salomon, her former sex tape partner, raising the possibility of a sequel or possibly a reboot.
