THE FBI GOES HOLLYWOOD WITH INVESTIGATION OF CLINT EASTWOOD

Hollywood, CA – When one thinks of patriotism in Hollywood there are a few people that come to mind. John Wayne, Ronald Reagan, and Clint Eastwood are some of those names. They are people, whether fantastical or not, that seem to represent the best of Americana, that symbolize the spirit of the country, and few would ever question their patriotism.
Well, maybe not Eastwood, at least according to reports that show the actor-director is currently the subject of an FBI investigation, something rarely done on loyal patriots.
Apparently, the investigation revolves around Eastwood’s new movie which details the life of J. Edgar Hoover, the founder of the FBI. According to reports, the organization is not at all happy with the portrayal of Hoover despite not having seen the film. Now the legendary Eastwood finds himself in strange spot, defending his movie and his patriotism and becoming a portal for further integration of the FBI into Hollywood circles.
“Vague rumours and fabrications have cropped up from time to time, but there is no evidence in the historical record on this issue,” said Mike Kortan, Assistant FBI Director, of the film’s presumed portrayal of Hoover as closeted homosexual. Such sentiments have been pretty standard for decades and portrayed in countless films and books.
Hoover is portrayed by the dashing Leonardo DiCaprio in the film. His assistant and rumoured lover Clyde Tolson is portrayed by the handsome Armie Hammer.
The J. Edgar Hoover organization apparently pushed the investigation.
“This, on the surface, is a pretty silly thing. I mean for the modern FBI, which has other things to deal with, being concerned about the portrayal of their long-dead director in movie just seems ridiculous, especially considering the reputation of the people involved. However, considering their recent efforts to become more actively involved in Hollywood it does make some sense,” said Scrape TV Conspiracy analyst Marco Lenzi. “Remember it was just a few weeks back that the FBI jumped into action over the nude pictures of Scarlett Johansson. That seemed a little odd, as does this, but when you put them together you start to see a trend, you start to see how they are getting up in Hollywood’s business and making themselves essential to the process.”
The naked pictures prompted a country-wide mobilization of FBI forces which have still not resulted in a arrest.
“It doesn’t really matter if they are annoying or helpful, what they are doing is making themselves a part of the process and thus making it so that they cannot be extracted from filmmaking and Hollywood in general and that may be their plan,” continued Lenzi. “I doubt very much that they care about Hoover, but they do care about being portrayed on film. The FBI had its heyday on film in the 1990’s and that has declined recently. It’s pretty clear they want back in the pictures and this, undoubtedly, is just a part of that initiative. I don’t think that Eastwood has much to worry about, unless of course he did gay up the movie.”
Apparently hunks DiCaprio and Hammer do share a kiss in the film.
