INVESTIGATION REVEALS THAT LARRY KING MAY HAVE DIED YEARS AGO

Atlanta, GA – For decades now Larry King has graced the television screens of millions, undoubtedly earning his reputation as ‘The Iron Horse of Broadcasting’. Beginning in the 1950’s, King has been talking to celebrities and personalities for most
of his life. With the advent of CNN King would finally get the national and international recognition he had long sought. Now one of the longest running programs in cable history and one of the longest in television history, ‘Larry King Live’ shows no signs of slowing down, apparently for good reason.
An in depth investigation by Scrape TV News has revealed what may turn out to be one of the most shocking and potentially disturbing conspiracies in the history of the television medium. After exhaustive interviews and significant forensic examination of photographs, the conclusion has been drawn that the current version of Larry King is not the same as the one that first appeared on the air in 1985. In fact, it is believed that there have been at least three and perhaps even as many as five different versions of the talk show host. Details of what may have happened to the other version, specifically the original that America first fell in love with, have yet to be answered.
“By examining photographic evidence and incredible amounts of shows, as well as talking to people who have actually been interviewed by King there is no other conclusion to draw other than this is not the original version of the man. It’s not clear if this current version is a clone of King or simply a replacement but one way or the other it is clear that this is not the original version,” said forensic analyst Tom Cantor. “Who, or what, this current version of King might be is anyone’s guess. My guess is it is a very clever replacement with some significant plastic surgery and vocal training. The most important question to answer is what happened to the original version of King. Odds are that he died many years ago.”
It’s believed that the last broadcast by the original King was on June 24, 1992 and by the next night his replacement was in place.
“I believe that there have been up to five different versions of Larry King over the years though the evidence in many ways can be covered up. Let’s be clear here; this is really good work and they have made a concerted effort to make this work but now it can finally be revealed for the world to see,” continued Cantor. “In many ways it is a smart thing to do. King was never going to live forever and given his health history CNN couldn’t simply leave their cash cow to fate. They had to take proactive action in order to protect the franchise and ultimately the network and so this really isn’t an indictment, more of a curiosity.”
Previous rumours had suggested that King was actually a reanimated corpse and had been for many years, but the lack of decay and the more or less retention of mental capacity suggested otherwise.
“What will be very interesting is whether or not other networks take the same tactics to try and maintain their prime franchises. Not just in news but in ever field. Someone like David Letterman could be a prime example of someone who has had health issues and could be replaced if they can figure just exactly what CNN did with King,” said Scrape TV Entertainment analyst Tracey Temple. “I have to say though that there seems to be something wrong with this current version. It’s malfunctioning or something because, well it’s just a little weird, the kind of person you wouldn’t want around your children which was a little unlike previous versions of the man.”
The current version of King is expected to be around until at least 2011.
