WARREN BEATTY STILL DETERMINED TO SLEEP HIS WAY TO THE TOP

Hollywood, CA – When it comes to movie actors there are stars, and then there are stars. Some actors are able to have a great deal of success, make a lot of money, sleep with a lot of starlets, and live a good life but others go to the next level. Names
such as Robert Redford, Paul Newman, Clint Eastwood and Warren Beatty are all stars at that next level who had all of that success but in the process became legends, defining not only what it means to be a star but also what Hollywood itself means.
Even legends, though, have their time. Eastwood, Redford, and Newman have been and were able to continue their careers and their legend long into their later lives, starring in well regarded movies and even winning major awards well into their seventies. Beatty though hasn’t had the same success, not having appeared in a movie since 2001’s disastrous ‘Town and Country’ which took three years to hit the big screen and became one of the biggest box office bombs of all time. In that time though Beatty has apparently stayed busy, adding to his legend as Hollywood royalty by sleeping with thousands of woman, determined to get back to the top of the tinsel town food chain.
According to a new book written by notorious Hollywood insider Peter Biskind, Beatty has slept with almost 13,000 women in his long and obviously successful career. While Beatty has come out against that number and the book itself, many insiders are not so sceptical of the number considering his playboy past. Beatty has of course been married to Annette Bening since 1991 but, according to insiders, that has done little to tame the lady’s man especially in recent years as his career has shown little signs of life. It’s not clear what effect his various trysts might have on future work, but there’s little doubt that it has contributed to his ongoing legend.
“Even if the exact number is exaggerated it’s clear that he’s slept with a whole lot of women and has likely continued even while married. It’s very common in Hollywood for young and struggling actresses and actors to sleep with a bunch of people in order to get access and further their career and it’s likely that Beatty was all over that in the early days, something he’s obviously continued 
well into his seventies,” said Scrape TV Entertainment analyst Tracey Temple. “It must be a very difficult time to be as big a player as Beatty has been to be reduced to a shadow of your former self who can’t seem to get any kind of work. From everything I’ve ever read it was actually Beatty who caused most of the problems on that last movie of his, something I’m sure he doesn’t want to stand as the last thing he ever performed in. Obviously he’s got a plan and sleeping with a bunch of women will help that along.”
Amongst his former conquests are fellow former stars Jane Fonda, Joan Collins, Julie Christie, and Diane Keaton. It’s not clear if he’s slept with any of them recently.
“I’m sure there are a lot of women of a certain age who would love to sleep with Warren Beatty even now but it’s not exactly clear how many of those women would be able to do anything for his career. Even the ones that could might not be all that interested in helping anyway. I’m sure he’s good, but he’s also seventy-two which means his stamina won’t be what it used to be,” continued Temple. “Regardless, that kind of thing probably doesn’t even work anymore. I’m sure that stars of today are chosen based on talent and charisma not on their abilities in the sack, which would explain why Beatty still hasn’t appeared in a movie since 2001. Either that or his skills have really declined.”
