OKSANA CHOKES UP ON STAND WITHOUT MEL’S HELP

Los Angeles, CA – There have been few sagas in recent Hollywood history as the drama currently being played out in the lives of Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva. More explosive than any Hollywood blockbuster, sadder than any prime time drama, 
the ongoing feud between the two warring parties has become one of the more remarkable tales to come out of the real lives of Hollywood’s elites in a town known for incredible and bizarre events.
While no one can know the pain that is currently being felt by both parties, and likely the child at the centre, the horse and pony show that this event has become has nonetheless entertained millions, all without the cost of a ticket and popcorn. Now likely in its endgame, the former couple is currently battling out an agreement in court that will not only decide the future of their lives, but also the eventual fate of 1-year old Lucia. Both parties have apparently put in their testimony with both Gibson and Grigorieva choking up on the stand when talking about their daughter. The latter apparently became choked up without the aid of Gibson who was not in court at the time.
“It was intense seeing the both of them up on the stand. It’s obvious they both care
very about Lucia and that they are both really agitated by this whole situation. You got the feeling that both of them would just like it to end but things have gone so far and gotten so bad that there really isn’t any way but through now. You could see real pain on their faces, not Hollywood pain,” said a court insider. “I know Gibson is a good actor and everything but I’m pretty sure he was being honest. As for Grigorieva, I mean she isn’t a trained actor and you could see her trying to behave a certain way, but when she started talking about her daughter she really started to tear up. It was genuine I believe.”
The couple will next be in court on November 22 where Grigorieva will take the stand once again.
“This has really been a kind of bizarre situation for all kinds of reasons. Bad separations occur all the time but it is usually in the best interest of the celebrity to keep things quiet and so often, usually, these things are dealt with on the hush-hush, with big payouts, but that obviously hasn’t happened here,” said Scrape TV Entertainment analyst Tracey Temple. “It’s strange that Gibson’s people have let it play out in the media in this way, especially considering his delicate situation, instead of just paying things down. But here we are with all kinds of allegations and mudslinging being played out in the public eye. I really didn’t think anything like this would have happened in today’s Hollywood.”
Gibson reportedly has lots and lots of money.
“I’m no legal expert but considering the acrimony that has cropped up through this situation it makes sense to keep the two of them separated. There is no way that keeping them in the same room would be good for anyone, particularly if Gibson downed a couple before he came in. That really would have caused a lot of problems,” continued Temple. “I’m not going to comment on the veracity any of these claims back and forth. What goes on between the two of them is really, ultimately, between the two of them. Having them in the same room likely would have caused more problems than they solved and it doesn’t appear that Grigorieva needs anyone to help her cry, genuine or not.”
There was apparently no truth to the talk that Gibson choked himself up before taking the stand.
