WIKILEAKS NEXT TARGET: THE MYSTERY OF BRENDAN FRASER’S CAREER

Hollywood, CA – There is of course no magic formula for success in Hollywood, just as there is none in virtually any other aspect of life. There are those actors who despite height and good looks and natural charisma that just don’t make it big, and 
others lacking any of those traits who become stars and even legends, think Humphrey Bogart or Dustin Hoffman. While some successes certainly fit the mold, most do not leaving some with only crumbs on which to live.
While some of that story is certainly tied to the notion of the cream rising to the top, some success stories still defy expectation and obvious explanation. Often those stories are of people who despite all odds and despite all logic and despite lack of popularity, have nonetheless become stars, headlining major pictures and being in-demand stars. While many of those cases can simply be ascribed to some notion of international popularity or some blind spot on the part of casting agents and studio executives, occasionally such cases defy any kind of logic or sense on the outside, leading naturally to the assumption that something else may be going on behind the scenes. Such has long been the case 
with Brendan Fraser whose continued success has mystified all observers. Now though the lid may be blown off that mystery, and perhaps even more mysteries from Tinsel Town, after word that Fraser’s career will be WikiLeaks next target.
“We wanted this information out a long time ago. A number of members of the board strongly advocated the release of these documents months ago, even before the Iraq files, but the major players kept shooting it down,” said a WikiLeaks insider. “I can tell you that the documents are unlike anything we have revealed before. They explain in very great detail the lengths to which people have worked on Fraser’s career and given him roles that really should have gone to other people. The way in which his career has been manipulated is remarkable and shocking.”
Fraser’s biggest hit was 1999’s ‘The Mummy’ over decade ago.
“Aside from the social and moral implications embedded in the notion that this person is being favoured over others, it’s clear that some people in the industry are playing fast and loose with company dollars and investor faith. While the details of all of this will be revealed, I think it could radically change the way in which Hollywood runs its business,” continued the insider. “I think there are a lot of things that will come from this, not the least of which will be the end of Fraser’s career, but also likely the end of a lot of careers both in front of the camera and behind. This will be as big a scandal as has ever hit Hollywood and it will be something to see.”
Fraser’s last movie was the mega-flop ‘Furry Vengeance’.
“It is clear that Fraser’s career has been one of the standing mysteries in Hollywood. 
Potential stars have come and gone, sometimes for their own reasons, sometimes others, but for some reason he has stayed. If Hollywood people have been purging the careers of other people in favour of Fraser then this thing will have real weight, whatever it is that is going on behind the scenes,” said Scrape TV Entertainment analyst Tracey Temple. “It’s clear that he hasn’t had the type of success that would necessarily earn a person a major career, yet he has had headlining role after headlining role. It’s obvious that something has been going on behind the scenes and thanks to WikiLeaks we will finally find out what that is, and perhaps some of the machinations behind the Hollywood scene.”
Representatives for Fraser had no comment and the actor himself is apparently in Chile planting banana trees and was unavailable for comment.
