WILL AND JADA SMITH CONSIDERING ADDING NEW EMPLOYEES TO THE FAMILY

Los Angeles, CA – There isn’t a parent in the world who doesn’t want to see his or her children grow and be successful and happy. Whether they have been raised in the penthouses of New York or the slums of Mumbai, the hope for the children is always 
the same; that the future is nothing but bright for them. Often that also means the hope that they will exceed the success of the parents themselves, making a better life for themselves than their parents were able to accomplish.
For ordinary people such dreams are usually realistic. Bigger houses and better cars are certainly things that are reasonable accomplishments. For the children of extraordinary people however, such as the children of movie stars and business magnates, trying to outdo the parents is something else entirely. Often such children end up as latchkey kids, or forever residing in the shadow of their more successful parent, something that would seem inevitable for the children of the biggest movie star in the world, Will Smith. However, such a fate is something Smith and his wife Jada are actively trying to avoid by encouraging the performing careers of their children at very young ages. Now with 
multiple movies in production and a flourishing music career for the youngest Smith, it appears that the family is looking to add yet another staff member to the family.
“They are both really busy. Will is currently developing ‘Men in Black III’ and about a million other projects and Jada gets her hair done almost every day so they certainly have a packed schedule, but they feel that if they want to expand, now is the best time,” said a Smith insider. “Neither of them are getting any younger and they realize that as the business starts to take off it will be harder and harder to add to the brood so now is likely the best time to bring a new baby into the mix. They realize too that it will still be six or seven years before the thing really takes off.”
The couple currently has three children of which only the oldest, Trey, is not currently
involved in the family business. The elder Smith recently struck a deal with fellow mogul Jay-Z to release a series of films starring the younger kids.
“It’s really a great thing for the kids that they are being invested in, that they are made to feel like they are a part of the whole machine that has driven their family to success. By engaging them at this level, the kids will feel like they are contributing and not just sort of taking charity and that’s a good thing,” said Scrape TV Entertainment analyst Tracey Temple. “These kids are active participants in the family business and that will help stave off any notion of them being dependents or latchkey kids. Their success is the family’s success and vice versa.”
The first movie from the new relationship will likely be a remake of ‘Annie’ starring Willow Smith.
“They have certainly proven that this whole mechanism works and so it makes sense to start bringing more people into the game. Obviously it will be a little while before they start to pay off in a big way, but that will give them time to hone and perfect the process and hopefully carry them well into retirement,” continued Temple. “Pretty soon there will be no need for Will to work in movie at all. By the time these new kids reach an age of independence he will be at about retirement age and ready to just sit back and collect some dead presidents. That is unless the new kids turn out to be untalented or ugly or something, I mean you can’t exactly fire them.”
In early 2004, rumours had circulated that couple had had another baby but no child has ever been seen.
