AMANDA KNOX STARTING TO LOOK AWFUL DURING APPEALS TRIAL

Perugia, Italy – The principle reason that the Amanda Knox trial has gotten so much attention in the United States has undoubtedly, inarguably, been because she is an American. After all, we all defend our own no matter the guilt, and there is no one better at doing that than Americans. Guilty or not, the people in the United States stand beside their girl because she is one of their own.
Arguably, that is also the reason she has such a robust appeals trial to begin with. After all, her co-defendants, an African and an Italian, are barely known to the world. Knox though is famous across the globe and a large part of that is because she is an American, and the fact that she’s kinda cute.
Now though, suffering the stress of the trial and the international attention, Knox appears to be losing some of that glamour with recent picture showing her looking a little gaunt and even starting to lose some of her hair, calling into question how long the people of America will support her, looking like that.
“In these days coming towards the end, finding very peaceful moments is hard for her, Her sleep is very disturbed, her eating is very disturbed,” revealed a friend, Madison Paxton, who is living in Italy supporting Knox. “She’s very stressed.”
Even if she is found innocent and released, Italian law allows for appeals of appeals verdicts meaning that Knox could undergo another trial in the very near future, something which will likely only contribute to her physical decline.
Knox has always maintained her innocence in the murder of Meredith Kercher but under Italian law claiming innocence does not necessarily guarantee freedom.
“We have, here in the U.S., seen another case like this recently with Casey Anthony. An attractive young girl whose case gets national attention, partially because of the crime, but partially because of the appeal of the person at the centre. Had she been ugly, Anthony would not have gotten that level of attention,” said Scrape TV Legal analyst Gabe Hawthorne. “In that case people were certainly against her because, well, she was obviously guilty and because she killed a fellow American. Meredith Kercher was just as innocent as Caylee Anthony but she isn’t nearly as attractive or American so the case is different.”
Kercher was from the U.K.
“I think, though, that Knox’s life is going to be very similar to Anthony’s in a lot of
ways going forward, unfortunately. She’s always going to be notorious even if she gets out and rarely do convicted murderers get positive attention, particularly if they look homely which is what she appears to be moving towards,” continued Hawthorne. “I mean she can eat better and I supposed she can get a wig, but still the damage may be done. I mean she isn’t getting any younger and when you look at other examples, like say Britney Spears or Tara Reid, sometimes there is no coming back from ugly and that is going to make life very tough for Knox if she does go free. Not as tough as being in prison, admittedly, but still pretty tough.”
Knox has also been denied access to a stylist in prison, furthering her physical decline.
