POLAND OFFICIALLY A BETTER COUNTRY THAN BRITAIN

Warsaw, Poland – At one time, a long time ago it seems, Britain was the world. The British Empire spanned the globe, holding more land than any other nation in history and accumulating wealth unlike anything seen before. The global dominance of the tiny island was unmatched in history, not by the Romans or the Mongols or Napoleon. Until the rise of the United States in the 20th Century, Britain was the greatest empire ever.
Of course, all empires fade and that is exactly what happened to Britain. The details of that decline are well documented and almost tragic, but thus is the fate of those who fly so close to the sun. Britain has, unlike so many of those great empires of the past, retained a great deal of its wealth and dignity despite being trapped once again on that little island. However, life isn’t all great there, as evidenced by a recent poll that put the country at the bottom of ten nations, including well below Poland, of all countries, in terms of happiness.
“Poland is great country. People here are happy and very satisfied with their lives and this is better than the life in other countries. We enjoy ourselves and our vodka and our potatoes and we live good lives, much better than the people in these other countries,” said Kryzsztof who conducted the study. “People in Poland are very happy with things and enjoy very much living their lives. This is not case for people in other countries who are miserable that they are not living in Poland. This is more true of the British people who are very unhappy and sad people who could never be Polish because of this.”
Though Britain does have a higher ranking in almost every category measured, the majority of Britons expressed dissatisfaction while the majority of Poles expressed great joy with their lives.
“This is very strong proof that Poland is greatest country. We have long said these things and no people have believed us but this is the proof that they have required. This is what it means to be Polish, it means to be happy and satisfied with things which is not case in other countries like England,” continued Kryzsztof. “But the people of Britain cannot emigrate here. This is country for Poland and we do not wish people to come here and make us all upset and angry with the world. Only people who are happy with lives may come to Poland and all others must stay away.”
Also ranking higher than Britain were Sweden, Spain, Italy, and France. Poland actually ranked seventh on the list, but first in the hearts of many Poles.
“When you look at the numbers the assumption would of course be Britain over
Poland. I mean it is one of the wealthiest countries in the world and has a very high standard of living, yet people are still dissatisfied with their lives. That is common in many western countries actually, but to rank lower than Poland is just weird, and sad. I mean France is a western country too,” said Scrape TV International analyst Gustav Hander. “I’m sure this has nothing to do with the large Polish population in Britain though. Emigration to that country by Poles has been high over the last few years and, well considering the poll was done by a Pole one has to wonder. Maybe not though, maybe it really is much better in Poland than people assume. I mean they have lots of potatoes.”
Brits, uniformly, love potatoes in all their forms.
