BIN LADEN CLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHRISTMAS DAY ATTACK, ROBBINS-SARANDON SPLIT

Qatar – There’s little doubt that since the attacks of September 11, Osama bin Laden has become a real life boogeyman. Much has been made about the possibility that that man himself may have actually died many years ago but whether he is alive or dead, 
his influence remains, casting a pall over all efforts to defeat the threat of terrorism. In fact, his death might be the best thing for his cause because now if his body will never be found his legend will continue interminably.
Now a new audio tape has surfaced, purporting to contain the voice of the spectre himself claiming responsibility for the failed Christmas Day attack in Detroit. On the tape bin Laden praises the attempted bombing and proclaims it as yet another victory for his organization which has never been able to match the heights of that fateful day in 2001. The tape though contained much more than just claims of victory for that attempted bombing and the nature of those claims has many terrorism experts concerned that Al Qaeda may be moving in new and potentially terrifying directions. Amongst other declarations, bin Laden claimed responsibility for the split between long time Hollywood couple Tim Robbins and Susan Sarandon, the Christmas day attack by Charlie Sheen on his wife, and the most recent rumour of a split between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
“The message sent to you with the attempt by the hero Nigerian Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab is a confirmation of our previous message conveyed by the heroes of September 11. If it was possible to carry our messages to you by words we wouldn't have carried them to you by planes,” said bin Laden in the newest recording. “You will see chaos in your streets and in your hearts. The break-up of famous couples, the ending of favourite television shows, and the tormenting of the most revered of western decadence will ensure that our message will in fact be heard.”
Bin Laden also insinuated that his organization may have been involved in the death of Brittany Murphy just before Christmas but terrorism experts have dismissed that claim as boasting.
“It’s easy to be lulled into inaction and even passivity because the acts of that day seem largely isolated but this new tape shows that al Qaeda remains an ever present threat. It frankly doesn’t matter if bin Laden is alive or dead because his shadow remains so long and covers such a wide area. Now it appears that he has stepped up his game dramatically,” said Scrape TV Terrorism analyst Doug Davids. “Theye really changed terrorism forever from really a nuisance to a genuine threat to nations and now it appears they have done something else totally unexpected. By entering into the celebrity realm and into the personal lives of some of the most beloved people in American culture they are creating a new paradigm for terrorism that could change the game forever.”
It’s believed that there will similar incidents in the coming year indicating renewed strength by the organization.
“The real difficulty in stopping this kind of activity is in determining whether or not the break up is genuine or the result of some kind of al Qaeda interference. Like they did before, they can hide in plain sight and strike whenever and wherever they see fit, that is the real danger of al Qaeda and terrorism in the modern world,” continued Davids. “Now no relationship and no celebrity is safe. With all the drama that we saw last year I wouldn’t be surprised to see 2010 blow it out of the water now that bin Laden in involved.”
It’s expected that Al Qaeda will start to involve itself in sports betting and the music industry, the latter of which is expected to improve with their influence.
