UNREPENTANT BLAIR READY TO ATTACK IRAQ AGAIN

January 31 2010

London, U.K. – There is little doubt that the most recent war in Iraq did exactly what it was intended to do. The ouster of Saddam Hussein and his sons, the ushering in of a new government, and the re-organization of power throughout the Middle East have tony blair
all been very clearly attained goals. That result has never been in question, rather it is the rationale and motivation behind such goals that have routinely been the issue for critics of the war and those who perpetrated it, something former British Prime Minister Tony Blair now has to answer.

Answering questions for one of the most groundbreaking post-war inquiries ever, Blair reaffirmed the decision to go to war. Branded a murderer and a liar Blair’s time on the hot seat was perhaps one of the most biting indictments of a former leader since the Nuremberg trials. Like those leaders, Blair was unrepentant about the decisions he made that led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands and plunged formerly friendly nations at deep odds with one another. Further, Blair stated that not only did he not did not regret the decision that put his nation at war and ended his leadership, but also that he would do it again and may yet do so with a small cadre of hired guns.tony blair

“I had to take this decision as Prime Minister. It was a huge responsibility and there is not a single day that passes by that I don’t reflect and think about that responsibility, and so I should. But I genuinely believe that if we had left Saddam in power, even with what we know now, we would still have had to have dealt with him, possibly in circumstances where the threat was worse,” Blair told the inquiry. “Britain and the armed forces should feel an immense sense of pride for the role that we played. What would have happened is we and the United States had lost our nerve and allowed Saddam to go on and build nuclear weapons.”the a team mr t

It was after the inquiry that Blair stated his desire to go to Iraq again if called upon.

“This is not a simple question and never was. The war was a divisive issue and remains so until this day and I fully realize this. We made the correct decision and not only would I do it again should it be asked of us again, but we should be ready to jump into the fray as soon as it is asked of us,” said Blair. “I’ve already begun putting out feelers to ensure that I have a team ready to move towards Iraq. I can no longer mobilize the entire British Armed Forces but I can still take action against aggressors throughout the world. I will be establishing the most elite team in the history of British conflict and we will be ready whenever and wherever we are needed.”

Such a renegade organization were also at the centre of the hit 1980’s television show ‘The A-Team’, which will released as a major motion picture later this year.mr t

“For all kinds of reasons Blair has to stand by his decision. This was the biggest thing that happened during his leadership and ultimately has come to, and will forever define his time in office. To admit mistake would be to devalue his entire reign,” said Scrape TV International analyst Gustav Hander. “Going this route though is something different entirely. It shows that his dedication is absolute but also makes him look a little funny. I don’t think we would have seen Winston Churchill teaming up with Mr. T to fight the forces of evil around the world, but then he did live in a different time.”

Blair reportedly requested, and was rejected, for a cameo in the upcoming ‘A-Team’ movie.
