WOMEN’S RIGHTS SET TO BLOW UP ALONGSIDE MOSCOW METRO

Moscow, Russia – On that fateful day in September of 2001 the way the United States saw the world changed forever. Fundamentally altering American foreign policy and the state of the American psyche forever, that attack will likely stand as the
greatest terrorist act in human history. Part of the reason for that is because of the people writing the history. Nations throughout the world – England, Spain, India, even Japan – have all struggled with terrorism, sometimes for decades, but it was the attacks in New York that will forever define the act.
Launching the global war on terror the United States hoped to end such acts, forever squash actions that, depending on which side of the explosion you stand, is either a heinous crime against humanity or an act of revolution. While realistically ending terrorism forever was likely little more than a pipe dream the full out assault on a specific breed of terrorist has no doubt been 
successful in at least inhibiting such attacks, though arguably further radicalizing those elements. One country that has been dealing with terrorism for many years is Russia who has been dealing with their very own radicalized Muslims in Chechnya who have been responsible for dozens of attacks over the last two decades, the latest of which is a suicide bombing in a crowded metro station conducted by two women. While the attack has killed dozens, the mere fact that two woman launched the assault has many applauding the growing tolerance in the community.
“Our preliminary assessment is that this act of terror was committed by a terrorist 
group from the North Caucasus region. We consider this the most likely scenario, based on investigations conducted at the site of the blast,” said Alexander Bortnikov of the Federal Security Service. “Fragments of the suicide bombers' body found at the blast, according to preliminary findings, indicate that the bombers were from the North Caucasus region. They were also women, but we can confirm that they were not driving the metro car.”
At least 38 people have been killed and a further 60 injured in the blast.
“Such an attack in Moscow is unusual, but unfortunately terrorism itself is nothing new to Russians. Like people in a number of European countries bomb blasts are just
a part of the background noise, something they are so used to it almost doesn’t have an impact anymore. Almost,” said Scrape TV Terrorism analyst Doug Davids. “Aside from the fact that the this happened in Moscow, which is quite unusual, the fact that it was conducted by two women is the biggest surprise. Islamic culture in the Caucasus region is much different than in the Middle East or Afghanistan, but women are still generally considered second class citizens not capable of doing much other than cooking and cleaning. This could mark a new and potentially disturbing trend for investigators who will now have twice as many people to look out for.”
Thousands have been killed in the nearly twenty years Chechen rebels have been fighting for independence from Russia, which sees the region as a key financial asset.
“What’s really key here however, once we get past the carnage and mayhem, is the way women’s assets are really rising in the Muslim world, especially in this area. There would be no thought of female bombers in Israel but here women are rising in the world,” continued Davids. “This could be a new front for women’s rights in the Islamic world. Now that women are allowed to conduct bombings they will likely be allowed to drive, have opinions, and even spoke when not spoken to. People have died, but human rights have literally blown up today.”
Chechen women are said to be applauding the bombing with polite applause.
