JORAN VAN DER SLOOT STILL HAVING TERRIBLE LUCK WITH GIRLS

Lima, Peru – Love and romance can be perhaps the most vexing of things in the human experience something to which as millions of poets, artists, and broken-hearted souls can attribute. At its base level the pursuit of the opposite, or even 
same, sex is a biological urge to breed. Though modern humans have turned that elemental part of our nature into something far more complex, the urge to perpetuate the species exists in all species large and small. For something so simple its surprising how truly complicated the whole process has become.
Arguably, the entire process is far more difficult for the male of the species than the female. Men are hardwired to breed as much as possible whereas women have the ability to pick and choose from many suitors. Males though, in almost every species, live and die to breed and in our complex society, live and die to get the girl. Some guys though just have no luck. Joran van der Sloot is one such guy who has had problem after problem with women though his turmoil has played out in the public eye. The chief suspect in the murder of American Natalee Holloway, van der Sloot has now been arrested in connection with the murder of another young woman, Peruvian Stephany Flores Ramirez, proving once again that some guys just have no luck at all.
“Mr. van der Sloot was seen entering the hotel with the victim. Video footage showed the two together at a casino beforehand. Mr. van der Sloot then left Lima the day after upon which time the body of Ms. Ramirez was discovered,” said a spokesperson for the Lima police department. “Her death was quite violent as evidenced by the amount of blood in the room. We are relieved to have Mr. van der Sloot in custody, ensuring that no other young women will be under threat from his actions. We will pursue this case with all diligence to ensure a positive outcome for the family of this young woman.”
The police made no comment about the Holloway case. Natalee Holloway was found dead on a Bermuda beach, disappearing exactly five years before the death of Ramirez.
“This is a guy who was arrested twice in connection to the death of Holloway and is now arrested in a very similar case which would seem to indicate his guilt. It’s very rare for anyone to implicated in a violent murder at all but for someone to be right in the same place for two such incidents is very strange indeed which indicates guilt, but it could be something else entirely,” said Scrape TV Crime analyst Willard Weston. “In any case you have to have the presumption of innocence no matter how obvious the circumstantial evidenced appears to be. At first glance he appears to be guilty as sin but until the real evidence comes in we won’t know for sure.”
Friends of van der Sloot have described him as very ‘knifey’ in the past.
“It could very well be that he has just had a real serious string of bad luck. He’s an attractive guy and seems to have a bit of charisma but that alone isn’t enough to ensure luck with the ladies. Obviously, no matter what the evidence shows, he has had a rough time with the ladies and things aren’t really looking up for him. Frankly, you have to feel kind of sorry for the guy,” continued Weston. “Even if he does turn out to be a serial killer this isn’t how things should have turned out. I’m sure when he was a young man playing silly games with girls on the schoolyard he wasn’t thinking ‘one day I’m going to grow up and stab her in the face’. Things just appear to have gone wrong and that really just makes this entire story a really sad one.”
Reportedly Ramirez had also had similar problems with boys, though none had ever attempted to murder her before van der Sloot.
