CASTRO PLANNING NUCLEAR APOCALYPSE AGAIN

Havana, Cuba – For centuries human beings have predicted, and wished for, the end of the world. In 1962 we almost got it. The Cuban Missile Crisis was undoubtedly the closest we have ever come to an actual apocalypse. Those tense days in October of 
that year were nearly the end of everything human beings have created, putting an end to our existence just as the asteroid that hit the same area of the world ended the rule of the dinosaurs. That didn’t happen of course due to the will of the very men who created the crisis, but we were close.
At the centre of that crisis was of course Cuba and her President Fidel Castro. The circumstances that led to the nuclear standoff are long and winding and the fallout, the non-nuclear fallout, is just as complex but in any analysis of those fateful days it inevitably comes down to the human component, the men behind the missiles. As the sole remaining player in that game it is Castro who has perhaps the most unique and insightful commentary on the crisis despite advancing years and ill health. Now Castro, after years out of the spotlight, has once again commented on the nuclear state of the world and declared that the world is once again headed towards a nuclear apocalypse.
“Eight weeks ago, I thought that the imminent danger of war didn't have a possible solution. So dramatic was the problem that I didn't see another way out. I am sure that it won't be like that and, instead ... one man will make the decision alone, the president of the United States. Surely with his multiple worries, he hasn't realized this yet, but his advisers have,” said Castro before the Cuban legislature. “Obama wouldn't give the order if we persuade him ... we're making a contribution to this positive effort. That's what I have to say, comrades, nothing more, I hope we can meet again at another time.”
Castro was reportedly energetic and healthy looking despite his shortest speech in history.
“Specifically he was talking about Iran, about nuking Iran, which I don’t think has ever really been on table. The hope is to prevent Iran from acquiring nukes but no one, not 
even Israel, has talked about actively using nuclear weapons against them. I mean aside from the issues with the non-proliferation treaty and international law, you would kill 70 million people which would not be good,” said Scrape TV International analyst Gustav Hander. “I mean it would be totally insane to nuke Iran. That would destabilize the entire region, destroy international relations, and likely spark and entirely new world war that would like result in the destruction of the bulk of human beings. With so many nuclear nations and so many bombs there is the real chance that we would wipe out all life on the planet. I’ve never even heard of someone considering this, outside of Castro.”
Castro has stated in the past that he advised Khrushchev to launch during the missile crisis.
“It’s probably a good thing that they took the nukes away from Fidel. There was a time when you could go around and beat the crap out of anyone who gave you a problem but in the nuclear world that just isn’t a reality and that is why there are so few wars today. People prefer to talk and embargo which is what has been happening in Iran,” continued Hander. “No one has seriously considered a nuclear solution to Iran and those that suggest it I’m sure are on the outs. Fidel, well I don’t know. I mean he’s old, he’s used to the old ways of doing things. Perhaps he just wants to relieve his glory days.”
After his speech Castro was returned home to tend to his carrot field which he has been told is a series of missile silos.
