STONEHENGE TRAVELLER SACRIFICED NEAR MONUMENT

Trowbridge, U.K. – There has long been mystery at Stonehenge. Those strange monolithic totems erected to worship some unknown God or some other long lost practices have compelled the imaginations of researchers and laymen alike for 
centuries. The site has become perhaps more spiritual and more valuable to people in the centuries since it was first established, established thousands of years before Christ or Muhammad, with thousands of visitors making a pilgrimage to the site every year. Unfortunately, for one young man, that pilgrimage has ended in tragedy.
The body of an as yet unidentified young man has been uncovered at the site, buried in the area surrounding the monument. Dubbed ‘The Boy with the Amber Necklace’, the remains of the young man were amongst a collection of other remains, cases that officials believe may be unrelated. One thing has been made certain however, the young man was not a native to the area and have begun appealing on foreign governments in an effort to uncover his identity, and to uncover what may have led him to such a grisly and ignominious end. A bigger mystery that is now baffling investigators is how one of the most heavily trafficked tourist attractions in the country has also become a massive dumping ground for unfortunate murder victims.
“We have known for a long time that this area has drawn people from long distances and that appears to be the case with this young man. We have identified a number of objects on his person and have determined that he is not native, and that he has come from a wealthy family. This gives us great hope that his identity will be uncovered,” said a police spokesperson. “It has become very apparent that this site has acted in recent times much as did in ancient times; as a burial and sacrificial site. While that may have been a reasonable thing 4500 years ago in today’s day and age such activities simply will not be tolerated in any way.”
Officials believe that the deceased person was of Scandinavian descent, likely Swedish or Danish though did not specify why they had that impression.
“It’s scary you know. I mean this is where we live and we need to know if there is like 
this killer roaming around killing people. This kind of thing happens in big cities and the like but not here, well not anymore. They need to do something about this because we never know who might be next,” said local resident Mary. “I means they are only killing foreigners right now and I guess that’s fine but what happens when they start to run out of foreigners? We can’t have them killing good English folk, that just won’t be acceptable. We can’t have proper people being murdered and buried all over the place. They need to do something to stop these maniacs.”
Officials believe the maniacs in question are likely locals, perhaps bent on restoring the Stonehenge-era Gods their ancestors worshipped.
“Human sacrifice has always been a part of religion, at least in the ancient world and it’s not only likely that this site was used for such practices but almost assuredly so. It only makes sense that people would want to return to those days, especially with such a profound reminder of those practices readily apparent,” said Scrape TV Religion analyst Bertram Gas. “That doesn’t excuse these actions and doesn’t excuse the obviously very shoddy police work that has allowed this type of activity to go on. Hopefully this case will uncover these actions and put an end to them altogether for the good of all worship.”
It’s is not immediately clear of police had any direct involvement in the murders.
