ARAB NATIONS NOW TAKING APPLICATIONS FOR LEADERSHIP POSITIONS

February 21 2011

Tripoli, Libya – Pundits on all sides of the argument have come out swinging in recent weeks with many proclaiming that the uprisings currently occurring throughout the Middle East and North Africa were an inevitability, that they had seen this coming ben ali tunisia
all along. Of course, many of those same pundits likely did predict these events, but equally predicted that such things could never happen. Now, in the wake of the growing instability throughout the region, virtually everyone has gotten on board in proclaiming their astute wisdom in seeing everything that was about to happen.

Now with two dictators already pushed into exile and with protests not simply growing but exploding throughout the region, from Morocco to Bahrain and everywhere in between the situation has grown beyond anything even the most prescient of pundits could have imagined with even more long entrenched leaders now on the brink. Of course pushing out the long standing autocrats is simply the first stage in the transformation of these nations, the next stage is finding new leadership that will, hopefully, stabilize those nations and bring the peace and prosperity for which the millions of protestors have been fighting. However like any business, finding the right candidate is never an easy thing, particularly in nations where experience is at a minimum which is why many countries have started to openly advertise for those openings, both currently available and those likely to open up in the near future.monster logo

“This is a very tough position for a lot of these nations to be in as many have never known different leaders, and this in nations where the leaders are very much essential to the identity of the country. Unlike western nations these leaders don’t serve the people, the people serve them and that is made very clear,” said a spokesperson for Monster.com which has received record numbers applications in recent weeks. “The biggest problem in these countries is the lack of experience. The leadership in those countries locked out young talent and that has left a void, really big gaps on resumes, and that is making the hunt for the right people very difficult.”

Tunisia currently has an acting President while Egypt’s military has taken charge in that country.now hiring

“We are seeing enormous opportunity throughout the region with Bahrain and Libya being the next likely openings. We expect that in the next few months even more opportunities will start to present themselves and, particularly in this tight job market, is a good thing for people seeking a new chance,” continued the spokesperson. “Obviously we will be looking for the right mix of experience, however limited, and personality but we are also looking at people who will be willing to relocate and to dedicate a great amount of time to their jobs including the ability to work nights and weekends. Full details are available on the site.”

Muammar Gaddafi recently boarded a plane out of the capitol of Libya, likely creating an opportunity in that country in the next few days.gaddafi

“This is a very precarious times for this area of the world, and possibly the global community as a whole. This is inherently an unstable but important region of the world and the troubles there reverberate around the world. It’s not like this is eastern Europe or southern Asia, these are important countries and their future will affect the rest of the world,” said Scrape TV International analyst Gustav Hander. “That is why it is important to get the right people in charge. Hiring a person for a job is always a difficult process and it is never a good thing when you get the wrong person in place, particularly for high ranking positions with a lot of power. I think this is going to be the biggest challenge in the region, dwarfing the termination of these existing rulers in terms of difficulty.”

Pay rates, vacation, and benefits vary by region.
