PEOPLE SUDDENLY INTERESTED AS LESSER CLINTON GETS MARRIED

Rhinebeck, NY – There has arguably never been power duo in American politics as potent as the Clintons. In 1992 the pair burst onto the scene and became a whirlwind that continues to this day. Bill of course was the prominent of the pair, being 
President and everything, but it was clear from the beginning that Hilary wasn’t the typical first lady. Her active support of issues like health care reform distinguished her from the supportive marm that most of her predecessors had been.
In 2008 that could not have been more evident with her nearly successful run at the Democratic nomination for President, a nomination that would have likely made her the first female leader of the free world. Bill too has remained active becoming a global ambassador and an advocate for the poor and downtrodden. Outside Jimmy Carter no former President has remained so active in the public realm after leaving office, and Hilary, now of course the Secretary of State, has set a standard for all future first ladies. However there is a third member of the Clinton clan who has remained very much out of the spotlight until recently when her marriage started to make global headlines. On Saturday Chelsea married long time beau Marc Mezvinsky and in so doing continued to add nothing to venerable Clinton legacy.
“She was more beautiful than ever. It was a great night. Marc gave an eloquent speech about his love for Chelsea. At the end of his speech, he ignored the rest of the room and looked very intense. He looked right into Chelsea's eyes. Oh, it was something. The whole room was quiet. You could feel the energy in the room. He impressed a lot of people,” a wedding guest told US. “Bill's toast was vintage Bill Clinton. He spoke quite elegantly about what it was like to welcome Marc into the family. It hit all the right marks. It was perfect.”
Clinton will reportedly head off on her honeymoon before returning to the states and return to doing nothing.
“The Clinton’s themselves have been a remarkable story in the annals of American
history. True they have had controversies but that is nothing new in politics. Their accomplishments far outweigh any of those issues and weaknesses. Hilary in particular is the really remarkable part of that duo. She could have just sat make and looked pretty like most other first wives but she didn’t do that, she made her own life,” said Scrape TV Political analyst Gabriel Kinsey. “Eleanor Roosevelt made a life for herself as well but she did it in an era where women had fewer rights. In the modern era we didn’t see that from Nancy Regan or Barbara Bush or Pat Nixon. Clinton is something else, they both are, and it’s a shame that their legacy will likely end with them. I suppose Chelsea could have successful kids but given her track record that seems unlikely.”
Chelsea has held a number of jobs, been in an out of school earning two Master’s degrees in unrelated fields, and made awkward campaign stops for her mother in 2008.
“I mean look, most children of successful people don’t do well. Sure, you have JFK Jr. 
who ran successful businesses and worked as a lawyer for a number of years, or Robert Todd Lincoln serving as Secretary of War, or the Roosevelt children having distinguished military careers, and you had the Adams’ and Bush’s who had the father-son presidential thing but those are the exceptions. It’s not really fair to compare her to those accomplishments,” continued Kinsey. “I mean the wedding sounded really great. Hopefully when she gets back to the states she’ll decide what she wants to do in the future. Maybe she’ll go back to school for another degree, that would go a long way towards furthering the legacy her parents have worked so hard to create.”
