MICHELE BACHMANN CAMPAIGNS FOR MICHELE BACHMANN’S CANDIDACY
June 3 2011
Washington, D.C. - There are always winners and losers in any election. For some that measure is not gauged in whether or not they gain political office, but rather in how much attention they gain from the process. There is no better example of that

than Sarah Palin who went from a barely known Governor of a lightly regarded state and almost instantaneously became a celebrity, a status she has driven over the last three years making her into a millionaire and a potential candidate for the highest office in the country.
Inevitably that happens every election cycle. New stars are created and some go dark, but there can only be one true winner, forcing others to be content with fame and local influence as the only artifact of their candidacy. That will happen this time around as well. There will be people who grab a moment of the national spotlight for a little while, and then eventually fade. For some though, the election is just the beginning. They will not win, at least not this time around, but may be able to parlay even a run into a longer term success, just as Palin has done. Chief amongst those looking for that public attention is Michele Bachmann who has already become so popular that she has already started to speak in the third person.
“They're terribly afraid of a Michele Bachmann candidacy for president of the United States, Democrats see themselves with group politics quite often, they'll see that they
think they should own certain minorities or ethnicities or that they should own women. That's not true,” said Bachmann. “They know that Michele Bachmann understands what they are going through, that Michele Bachmann knows them and that Michele Bachmann has their best interests in mind. That’s why the Democrats are afraid of a Bachmann candidacy, because they know that Bachmann speaks for the people.”
Bachmann did not say if Bachmann was officially seeking candidacy, but that Bachmann is exploring all of Bachmann’s options.
“Bachmann has already made waves in the election process, but there is lot of time between now and the election and lots of things can happen. It will be interesting to say the least if she runs, particularly with another prominent women likely in the race, but I think it’s unlikely that the Democrats are fearing her running. If anyone is fearing her run it would be other Republicans. She does need to get that nomination before running for President, which I’m sure she knows,” said Scrape TV Political analyst Gabriel Kinsey. “I’m sure Bachmann has done her research and understands how all of this goes, how this whole process works. Hopefully if she wants to take a serious run at the Republican nomination and the Presidency she gets all that sorted out, otherwise Michele Bachmann could be on the outside looking in.”
Bob Dole, who ran for President in 1996, also commonly spoke of himself in the third person and lost the election.
“Luckily Michele Bachmann seems to have an understanding of where Michele Bachmann sits in the process. I’m sure Michele Bachmann will have quite a run one way or the other as long as Michele Bachmann uses her head,” continued Kinsey. “The nomination will likely go to a more experienced candidate, but at the very least Bachmann will have gained some momentum for the next election cycle. That’s good for Bachmann, as long as Bachmann realizes the potential and exploits it effectively.”
Bachmann will has started a tour of Bachmann’s favourite places across the United States.
