WHITE HOUSE LIKELY FORCED TO SAY THERE IS NO UFO COVER-UP
November 7 2011
Washington, D.C. – Conspiracies have always been of popular culture, especially when it comes to government forces. While the roots, the subjects, of conspiracy are likely tied into our obsession with the unknown when they are turned on the government or big business or some other type of large entity they take on a life of their own.
That is most likely rooted in our disconnect from the elite, not dissimilar to the current ‘Occupy’ protests taking place all over the world. When we feel we have something on the government, say, we feel we have some kind of control over them. That is, often, just a feeling because rarely does a small group have any type of power over a body like a government.
Unless of course that group comes from space.
For decades regular people have believed, fervently, that governments around the world have been covering up evidence of alien visitations on Earth despite little or no evidence to support such a theory. For the most part those concerns are dismissed but now, for the first time, the United States government has actually come out and discussed the issues, denying that any such events have taken place. That, of course, has not placated concerns with many just assuming that the government was told to say exactly that by our alien visitors.
“The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race. In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public’s eye,” said Phil Larson from the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
That has very much been the standard line from governments in the past, something which has become even more fodder for conspiracists.
“This is exactly what we expect a government agent to say, which is why it is so suspect. Governments have been saying the same thing so much that it just doesn’t ring true anymore, like they are just repeating what has been said before, and we don’t take this anymore seriously than any other statement,” said Michael Sabler of AAITORSU. “We expect them to say this, they expect that we expect this, which is exactly why we suspect them. It is exactly what aliens would want them to say which is why we are so suspicious.”
Aside from confirmation, it’s not clear what else governments could say about aliens to gain the trust of believers.
“One day we will know the truth. All these rumours, all these lies, they will go away and we will know the truth and that will be a great day,” continued Sabler. “We will not rest until they tell us the truth. These lies that they keep repeating, they will eventually fall away and we will be left with the truth and we will keep asking until that day.”
Other governments confirmed the U.S. position, exactly as expected.
