MICHELLE OBAMA FURIOUS ABOUT ANGRY BLACK WOMAN STEREOTYPE

Washington, D.C. – Being a woman in power is perhaps a more difficult task than being a woman without any kind of power. Despite all our advances in equalizing the sexes, woman are often still considered second-class when it comes to power positions and thus end up overcompensating or simply being dismissed. That is not always the case, but it is often.
There is, arguably, no more powerful a position that a woman can hold than as First Lady of the United States. While not technically a job, and holding no real power, it make the person in that spot the most prominent woman in the country, and one that very much has the ear of most powerful man in the country.
That is a position that Michelle Obama has held for the last three years and one that, like her husband, has received very mixed reviews from critics. Now Obama, Michelle that is, is lashing out at those critics, furious that she has been classified as some angry black woman, a stereotype she is ready to shed by stomping out anyone who thinks otherwise.
“You know, I guess it's more interesting to imagine this conflicted situation here and a strong woman and a, you know, but that's been an image that people have tried to paint of me since, you know, the day Barack announced, that I'm some angry black woman,” Obama told CBS, fuming the whole time. “There will always be people who don't like me, I can live with that.”
It’s not clear how long Obama will actually be able to live with that, or if she will fume for days before finally setting about getting revenge on those people who don’t like her.
She did acknowledge that she is black and a woman, just that she hates, passionately hates, the angry part.
“Like many wives, Michelle is probably the best part of that equation. She really is his better half and she just needs to feel comfort in that rather than getting angry all the time and lashing out at people. I mean here she is going on TV railing against critics, getting so worked up over this. She just needs to cool down,” said Scrape TV Political analyst Gabriel Kinsey. “That isn’t really helping her husband any and now is the time he really needs the help. Going on television and getting mad at anyone and everyone, mad at the world really, doesn’t help the situation all that much. It just inflames things and she needs to see that.”
Obama reportedly stormed out of the interview room after it had been concluded, throwing down her mic and slamming the door. It’s not clear what the interviewer did wrong.
“She just needs to keep cool, and not just in public. She needs to keep that stuff calm in private because it inevitably leeches out into the world at large. Eventually you just get so angry that you can’t control yourself in other situations. It’s hard to do, but she can learn to control her temper with practice,” continued Kinsey. “It’s tough and frustrating to go through the lessons and practices needed to lose your anger, and given the base situation it’s even more difficult, but it does work. You just need to be patient. Michelle just needs to stay calm.”
Obama declined our request for an interview, yelling expletives across the room at her assistant who we spoke with.
