RICK SANTORUM PROBABLY SHOCKED HIMSELF WITH PRIMARY HAT TRICK

Denver, CO – Well this was a little unexpected. Only days after gaining his third major primary win it appeared a lock that Mitt Romney was going to finally get the nomination that everyone expected from the beginning. With Newt Gingrich falling even further behind and no other real competition on the horizon, it seemed a cinch for Romney, but then along came Rick.
Mostly dismissed by pundits, ridiculed even for continuing to stay in the race, Santorum shocked pretty much everyone, perhaps even himself, by sweeping three primary races last night, winning Missouri, Minnesota, and Colorado and leaving everyone else in the dust, setting the stage for another major battle for Romney should he still want to vie for the Presidency.
For Santorum the victories may mean little in the race towards the nomination, but with four states now in his pocket it has become clear that former Senator from Pennsylvania is not the lame duck most expected him to be, and that for whatever reason he seems to have real traction in the Republican movement, something that will surely serve him well in the future and make him feel like the big man no one else really thinks he is or will ever become.
“We definitely are the campaign with the momentum, the enthusiasm on the ground. We're doing very, very well raising money. I think last night we raised a quarter of a million dollars online,” Santorum said after his big night before heading back to his hotel to celebrate his victories with a good, long sleep, followed by a tall glass of orange juice in the morning.
It’s believed that Romney, despite losing, generated millions of dollars for his campaign while Santorum celebrated his handful of delegates.
Newt Gingrich was apparently locked away, sleeping with various women very bitterly.
“This was certainly a shocker but it really is evidence of what people have been discussing for a long time. That the Party is really divided and they want someone, anyone, other than Romney. So much so that they are willing to vote for Rick Santorum. That should be the evidence right there of the division,” said Scrape TV Political analyst Gabriel Kinsey. “I mean if they are willing to vote for Santorum they would almost be willing to vote for anyone. I think at this stage you could probably put a squash up against Romney, so long as it was different, and it would get votes.”
The Party did attempt running a squash with Michele Bachmann, who quickly faded.
“It’s great for Santorum and his future aspirations, whatever those might be. I mean if he wants a cabinet position this would be a good argument for that, or even a run in 2016 provided of course that Romney runs again that year but as for actually having real status, well we will have to see about that,” continued Kinsey. “He is right now another name on the ballot. They don’t want Romney, they certainly don’t want Gingrich, and most people just gloss over Ron Paul’s name and so Santorum’s is the only only left, which has given him a lot of strength. Hopefully he enjoys it for what it is and doesn’t overdo the orange juice. You wouldn’t want to see him getting too big a head.”
Santorum reportedly ordered extra pulp in his juice.
