NEW STUDY FINDS THAT DINOSAURS NEVER EXISTED

Bozeman, MT – Because they are so ubiquitous it is commonly accepted that we have known about dinosaurs for a long time. However our discovery of the giant lizards is relatively recent in history. The term ‘dinosaur’ was in fact only coined in 
1842 and serious discoveries and understanding of the animals has only occurred within the last forty years. That short history in the human world hasn’t diminished the impact of the animals however and despite the fact that our ancestors could never have imagined such beast roaming the Earth, they have been fused into our popular culture at an elemental level.
Discovering dinosaurs and understanding them are two totally different things however but both, particularly the latter, have been driven by the popularity of the animals. That research has yielded some incredible and surprising insights into the world of the dinosaurs and the circumstances that led to the rise of mammals,however a new study has given us perhaps the most surprising find yet. The work by a team at the Museum of the Rockies in Montana has shown that one of the most famous of dinosaurs, the Triceratops, never existed at all and that all dinosaurs may simply have been a fabrication, possibly put here by God to test our faith.
“What we have found is that the Triceratops appears to simply be the juvenile form of the Torosaurus. These animals underwent extreme changes in their skulls and their horns which has led to this perception that there are two separate species. Even in the most mature specimens that we've examined, there is evidence that the skull was still undergoing dramatic changes at the time of death,” said lead researcher John Scannella. “Because of this change in the skull structure it is clear that these animals were of the same species. We have seen such shape shifting in other species including the pachycephalosaurus and others but this is the first time we have been able to relate two species that were believed to be distinct.”
The Triceratops has long been one of the most popular dinosaurs but will now be removed from text books and toy stores, action that some feel is long overdue.
“This admission is proof that the myth of the dinosaurs is true. These supposed 
animals have been used for decades to undermine fundamental Christian principals and to sell plastic knick knacks to children. It is a wedge that has been used to drive children away from the Lord and now their deception has been uncovered,” said Edmund Carlyle of the Christian Research Institute. “It has always been clear to those of faith that things such as the dinosaurs could not have existed. God is perfect, God is sublime, but God also provides us with temptation in order to prove our loyalty to Him. God knew that this period of paganism would come and so he created these supposed fossils to bring us back to Him. There is no greater loyalty then one that is returned from doubt.”
The researchers made no mention of divine intervention in the development of the Torosaurus which is believed to have live 65 million years ago.
“A change in the definition of the way a species evolved is nothing new in science and should not denote that the entire species simply ceased to exist. Science works with partial information and the understanding increases with new discoveries and technology. That doesn’t invalidate the science, it is the science,” said Scrape TV Science analyst Dr. Howard Poe. “However when you are dealing with one of the few mainstream fields of science you run the risk of criticism. I can tell you that more than a few children are going to be disappointed that their favourite dinosaur no longer exists and that could turn more than a few people away.”
A separate study linking the super-popular Tyrannosaurus Rex to the Crucifixion of Jesus was dismissed by both sides.
