THE THOUGHT OF RICHARD DAWKINS HAVING SEX MAKING PEOPLE ILL

New York, NY – Despite their major differences there is little debate that science and religion have shaped out world in more ways than any other discipline or event. More than war, more than art, more than love those two fields have shaped nations,
extended lives, and made out world what it is today and that has been the case from the very beginning that has been the case. When our early ancestors first discovered fire, through science, they looked for some mystical reason for it to have happened. In the beginning, there was science and religion.
The two have always been at odds though and though they often seek the same thing, they share core principles that can never be resolved with each other. People often have to chose their side. Richard Dawkins has most certainly chosen his. Dawkins is perhaps the greatest scientific evangelist who has ever lived. His work has pushed the study of evolution in the mainstream and inspired debate not seen since the days of Copernicus. That has made him both reviled and beloved but always fascinating. For some his work pushes the borders of science, for others it strengthens religious conviction, but one thing all sides agree on is the thought of him doing one act of science and God, sex, is pretty revolting, something a small group has found out the hard way.
“We were at a party and this debate about evolution and religion started. It got very heated and we were all pretty angry after a little while until somebody, I won’t say who, brought up the idea of Richard Dawkins having sex and pretty much everyone puked after that,” said Michael Halberstam, 27, of New York. “He’s not a bad looking guy or anything but he’s old and he’s so serious and so earnest. The idea of his wrinkled body and his way too serious nature, ugh I get sick just thinking about it now. Everyone was puking, literally puking. It was something else I tell you.”
The group of nine did eat shrimp at the party which may have contributed to the puking.
“Dawkins has done more for evolution than Darwin frankly. He did not invent the science or the study by any means but he brought it into the public realm, he opened up millions of people to idea that there is indeed no God and that everything we have is a natural process. Darwin began the fight, but Dawkins popularized it,” said Scrape TV Science analyst Dr. Howard Poe. “Simply being right is not enough. You have to go out in the world and make sure people know you are right. That is what religion has always done well. They go out in the world and recruit people. They have spokesmen and speak to masses. Science has always been isolated from the real world and that has hurt the cause of mass adoption.”
Dawkins first broke onto the public scene with his 2006 book ‘The God Delusion’.
“That said he is not the person most people think of when they think of things like procreation. I mean some women will certainly find him attractive, particularly because of his brain and his confidence, but the idea of actually having sex with him is something else entirely. As a trophy on the arm? Fine. In the sack? No,” continued Poe. “Frankly if the fate of the human species were left up to Dawkins I think we would all be doomed. He’s not a bad looking guy but it’s not always about looks. Personality plays a major role in sex and his, well his personality leaves a little to be desired. I think he’d be little less than passionate in the bedroom.”
Dawkins has been married three times.
