EXPERTS NOW RECOMMEND HIRING PROFESSIONALS TO BUST GHOSTS

Chicago, IL – In 1984 a little movie about a group of down on their luck scientists who suddenly struck upon a million-dollar idea that made them wealthy and famous hit theatre screens. That story, the story of the lottery win, of the personal 
redemption, is of course a common one in Hollywood and one that appeals to many of us who buy lottery tickets and dream of a life of luxury. Because so few of us achieve those dreams the story remains compelling, even if, like it did with that movie, it involves busting ghosts.
‘Ghostbusters’ quickly became a massive hit that years later is still a major cultural touchstone for many generations, partially because of that desire for the big win, but also for the other major point of interest in the film, the ghosts. Like the dream of being rich and successful, ghosts have been a major part of the human experience almost since we were able to walk upright and they have remained a potent part of our lives. Like those dreams of wealth however, ghosts have remained elusive and simply a fantasy for many. Thought they remain potent in people’s minds, in itself making them real, the physical existence of such things as sudden success or spirits of the deceased have so rarely occurred that they may as well be total fiction. However some people still believe, and for those people experts recommend leaving the hard lifting to the professionals. 
“A 'ghost' is a spirit that hasn't crossed over to the other side. If your loved one is in the light, you won't feel them as a disturbance. But you might smell their perfume or see them down the hall. Maybe they give you a pat on the back and sit on your bed,” said professional ghost hunter and psychic Denise Guzzardo. “The best way to get rid of ghosts is to ignore them, when you give a ghost attention, you give it power, but when you see falling pictures or flying camera bags that is very difficult so it’s best to leave it to the professionals.”
Unlike the movie, Guzzard does not use proton packs but instead uses more traditional methods such as sage, salt, and white roses.
“When you have a problem in your house many people think they can solve it, especially men, but there are certain things like plumbing for example where you wouldn’t even consider doing it yourself. Patching a hole in the wall is one thing, installing a toilet is something different,” said Scrape TV Science analyst Dr. Howard Poe. “Some things are just out of the control of ordinary home owners. If you have a cockroach infestation you hire professionals, no one would think any differently, and the same should be said for ghosts. Not that I’m saying ghosts exists of course, that would be unscientific, but if they were to the best thing would be to hire a professional to get rid of them.”
Despite their roles in the movies none of the cast members of the ‘Ghostbusters’ films are professionally trained ghost busters.
“Like everything in the movies the role of a ghost buster is dramatically embellished in those movies. In that case it is played for humour, but movies always play things a little more than what they are. That increases the interest for audiences, captures them a little more easily,” continued Poe. “I’m not saying that people should go out and pay big money for a ghost detective but if you are feeling like there is something strange in your own little neighbourhood, at least for peace of mind it might be best to call someone in.”
Guzzard recommends only calling experts in the period between moon cycles.
