JERRY SANDUSKY GETS CHANCE TO VISIT WITH HIS SPECIAL FRIENDS AGAIN NEXT WEEK

University Park, PA – Though the sensation has died down, the real meat and potatoes of the case against Jerry Sandusky, and by extension the Penn State football program, is just getting underway. Much of that damage has already been done already, of course, shaming one of the most prestigious University football teams and pushing its legendary coach out head hung low, but now with the preliminary hearings starting, the real details will start to come forward.
Aside from all the damage that has been done, the one person who will most be affected by the trial will of course be the instigator of everything, Jerry Sandusky. While others are certainly guilty of covering up for his actions, it are his actions that are the key to the case and they will be on trial next week.
For Sandusky himself, that hearing will undoubtedly be a stressful time, knowing that he will be in the limelight once again, but also because he will be reunited with his special friends once again after a long, long time apart, something that’s already causing a lot of butterflies even a week out.
“Jerry is nervous, of course he is. He isn’t used to court settings and I think everyone gets nervous in those situations but the biggest thing is seeing all his friends again. That is what’s really getting him worked up. He doesn’t want to see them and he does all at the same time, it’s very nerve wracking,” said an insider with the Sandusky camp. “He hopes it goes over well with them and hopes that they all get along. It will be the first time many of them have met and he really doesn’t want any tension or fighting, particularly over him.”
Eight people will testify against Sandusky who is facing 40 counts of child sex abuse.
It’s not clear if Sandusky will speak with them directly, but has requested such from the grand jury.
“Ultimately, it is up to them if they want to meet with Jerry. They are all adults now and they are able to make that decision themselves. They are under no obligation by the grand jury to speak with him or meet with him but obviously he hopes they will want to. Maybe a coffee, just something simple. He’s not looking for a shower or anything,” continued the insider. “He really does miss them. This whole drama, this whole ordeal, it has really made him realize how much he really does miss them. He almost wishes they could all go back in time and relive those good old days, but a coffee will do. Jerry is a realist above all else.”
It is likely that all the accusers will testify that Sandusky abused them as children, something he has repeatedly kind of denied.
“Look, Jerry loves boys. He loves girls. He loves people and loves to be around them. He loves horse play and he loves coffee. He loves slapping butts and taking showers. That is the kind of person Jerry Sandusky is and he is not going to change because a few people misinterpreted his actions,” continued the insider. “He’s not too worried about what people think of him. He’s mostly concerned right now about seeing his special friends again, that’s all he’s concentrating on. He’ll make sure he is good and clean when he sees them.”
Sandusky has reportedly stocked up on scented soaps for next week.
