AL GORE TO RELEASE HIS NEWEST IPHONE INVENTION NEXT MONTH

Johannesburg, South Africa – One of the worst kept secrets in the tech industry has finally been revealed to the public. Apple will release a new version of its iPhone sometime next month, the fifth iteration of the massively successful smart phone.
The announcement, totally unofficial, was made by former Vice-President and Nobel Laureate Al Gore on Wednesday. Though he made it clear that the release date was just what he believed might happen, as a member of the board of Apple and the inventor of just about everything the company has made in the last decade, his guesses mean a little more than the average person’s.
Thus far, no details have been released about the newest version of the phone but given Gore’s history, it’s likely the newest version of his iPhone will carry more than a few surprises and once again cause stampedes at Apple’s many locations around the world.
“Not to mention the new iPhones coming out next month. That was a plug,” Gore said at a conference in South Africa when asked about exciting new investments. He gave no other hints as to an actual release date or details on the phones themselves.
Gore of course was instrumental in the creation of the multiple iterations of the iPod and the newest Apple creation, the iPad. Gore has also claimed to have been involved with the development of the Apple 1 in the 1970’s, though only in its early days.
“There’s a lot of nervousness about the state of Apple since Steve Jobs stepped down, but there is no doubt that once the iPhone 5 is released, people will be crowding Apple stores like normal. The Apple brand goes well beyond Steve Jobs now, and they do still have Gore working behind the scenes and that should help assuage many doubts about the future of the company,” said Scrape TV Technology analyst Ken Kevins. “I don’t imagine we will see a whole lot changes this time around, simply because there often isn’t. The new phone will be better, and given Gore’s comments there may be multiple versions coming out, but it likely won’t be dramatic, but we shall see.”
It’s not exactly clear how much work Gore puts into the development of each different product now that Jobs has left the company.
“Frankly, Apple fans should really be comforted by the presence of Gore. Things could easily have gone off the rails when Jobs left but with a strong creative presence like Al Gore still involved with the day-to-day development things should be okay and still very creative,” continued Kevins. “Remember how instrumental Gore has been in creating the world we live in today. This particular involvement has only been his latest venture. He also invented things like Windows and 3D printers. Al Gore has been so important to the modern world and so Apple fans can be assured that their future is in good hands. He has had his failures, like the Pippin, but overall his track record has been excellent and that bodes well for Apple’s future.”
Gore is reportedly working a new invention with Apple, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Samsung, IBM, Nintendo, and a host of other tech companies, though the details are currently under wraps.
