SERGEY BRIN RUNS AND HIDES AFTER HAVING TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE

Menlo Park, CA – When Google first came on the scene ordinary users didn’t really think much of it. After all, it was just a search engine and they had been using search engines for years. It was, however, a great search engine and through that quality and great brand recognition, Google quickly became the go-to place on the web to find things. Without even realizing it, people fell in love with Google.
No web company had dominated the space like Google did, and it is possible that no one ever will again. Eventually a new technology or new ethos may come around that will render Google irrelevant, but the dominance if the company in shaping the nature of the web will never be matched.
And all of that influence was rendered by a pair of computer geeks, nerds of the highest description who became billionaires and legends. Now though, a new portrait of co-founder Sergey Brin has started to emerge in which he portrays himself not as a mogul or a revolutionary, but as a shy little boy who is surprisingly not very social, despite loving to write code and stay indoors most of the time.
“I am not a very social person myself. I haven’t spent much time on social networks myself…including Facebook or Twitter. I just haven’t been very active on any of them. I try them as I feel it’s important for my job to understand them,” Brin said at the Web 2.0 summit, in public.
His partner, Larry Page, is often seen as the more gregarious of the two and has take over control of the company. Brin, it is believed, spends a lot of time at home.
“It really is surprising to hear those types of things come out of Brin’s mouth. I mean no one would expect a mousey little computer coder to be shy. Perhaps he’s just being modest, playing to the crowd. I mean it’s better than coming off as a powerful billionaire, which he is, and this way he can present himself in a specific way,” said Scrape TV Technology analyst Ken Kevins. “I doubt very much that he really is that shy. I mean how can you sit in front of a computer all day looking at lines of code and remain closeted or anti-social. It’s just not intrinsic to the life style. It could be that he’s an anachronist, but I doubt it.”
Both Brin and Page have billions and billions of dollars. 
Brin, it is believed, was forced to attend the meeting by his wife. Again, Brin is worth billions of dollars.
“One would think that being so prominent, being so big and out there in the world would make a person a little more social, especially at the level Brin is at. I mean he is a major, major player in the world worth billions and affecting the lives of millions on a daily basis. You would think that would give him a little confidence, but not really it appears,” continued Kevins. “It doesn’t really matter, I suppose, because he is so wealthy whether or not he has any confidence. I mean no one is going to feel particularly sorry for him if he has those types of insecurities but hopefully for his sake he can get over it and feel like he has real value in the world.”
Brin quickly shut himself in his room after leaving the conference and refused to leave for more than a day.
