THE ‘BIG ONE’ TO HIT LOS ANGELES ANY MINUTE NOW

November 12 2010

Los Angeles, CA – The people of Los Angeles have always lived in a sort of fear of what could happen. Like any big city, LA is burdened with things like urban decay and crime but they have also long lived under the shadow of the massive fault line running la earthquake
through the centre of the city. That fault line is a time bomb waiting to go off, it is an inevitability of living in LA and a constant reminder that no matter how successful you might be, the Earth is still in charge.

There are warnings all the time and occasionally the people of the city, and the state at large, are reminded very clearly that something wicked will eventually come their way. ‘The Big One’ as it has been termed is something in the back of everyone’s mind throughout the city and every time the earth shakes, they inevitably have to consider whether or not it has finally arrived to wipe their city off the face of the planet. Now researchers studying the frequency of quakes along the San Andreas Fault have determined that quakes happen a lot more frequently than previously believed leading them to believe that the massive quake that will rend the city in two and destroy the lives of millions could happen at any minute.

“What we know is for the last 700 years, earthquakes on the southern San Andreas los angeles earthquake
fault have been much more frequent than everyone thought. Data presented here contradict previously published reports. There are storm clouds gathered on the horizon. Does that mean it's definitely going to rain? No, but when you have that many clouds, you think,I'm going to take my umbrella with me today. That's what this research does: It gives us a chance to prepare,” said researchers. “It’s going to happen and people need to expect that. It’s always been a matter of when not if and now we know that it could happen very soon, perhaps in the next few minutes. We simply don’t know and people need to be prepared for it.”

The researchers recommend that anyone not wanting to die should get out of the Los Angeles basin immediately.earthquake

“We are not looking to incite panic or a mass exodus but when this quake does come it is going to be huge and catastrophic. The city will break apart, house will splinter and buildings will collapse. Millions of people will be injured and killed, gas will leak and there will be no clean drinking water for the survivors,” continued the researcher. “The government simply doesn’t have the resources to deal with an event of this size. A lot people will die, men, women, and children alike. The Earth doesn’t care about you or your life, it will do what it does. It will kill people and puppy dogs and goldfish alike. Everything will die.”

“This won’t be the worst thing to happen the human species by a long shot but it will be incredibly destructive. Millions of people will die and many more will be injured and the suffering will continue for weeks and months. Most people will be begging to be put out of their misery by the end. Death will be a sweet embrace for the majority of those in the area,” said Scrape TV Apocalypse analyst Seth Morris. “There’s no way to make it any clearer; if people stay they are going to die. Leave, leave now. Drop everything and get out of that place unless you want to endure the maximum level of human suffering. Anybody who stays deserves what they get and will be proving Darwin exactly right.”

37 million people live along the fault line, the majority of which are expected to die within three weeks of the quake, which could happen at any minute.
