CONRAD MURRAY DENIES INVOLVEMENT WITH BODY FOUND IN COURTHOUSE
January 25 2011
Los Angeles, CA – There are only a few trials in history that will likely be able to compete with the level of attention that the trial of Conrad Murray will most certainly experience. While the historical value of the court case will of course not be as
profound or important as events such as the Scopes case, or the Spanish inquisition, because of the people involved and the salacious nature of the crime, the trial of Conrad Murray will undoubtedly become one of the great events in the history of jurisprudence.
The death of Michael Jackson was, in retrospect, almost an inevitability. While it is looking more and more likely that Murray had a hand in his death, it was the lifestyle that Jackson himself had created that ultimately led to that ignominious end in a rented house in Holmby Hills. Murray in many ways, seen in the scope of Jackson’s life, was a natural occurrence, a wind that finally blew over the old oak tree that had been threatening to fall for years. Jackson though was a King, and when the King dies, someone must take responsibility and it is Murray who is that person. Though he has already paid in the public realm, it is also very likely that he will pay a much harsher price, answering the grief and anger of millions. However Murray has maintained his
innocence in the Jackson case, as well as in the death of a homeless man found outside the courthouse where his arraignment took place on Tuesday.
“During a routine security sweep of the grounds we discovered an indigent person who at first appeared to be sleeping but upon further investigation it was discovered that the man had in fact expired. The city coroner was quickly called to the scene and the investigation is ongoing,” said a spokesperson for the L.A. Country Courthouse. “We do not have any evidence linking any suspects to this death and police will not be investigating this until a cause of death is determined. Other than this event, business went on as normal.”
A spokesperson for Murray claimed that he had been in his rented room the previous night. Murray’s licence was recently suspended giving him limited access to the type of drugs that likely killed Jackson.
“We have been deep in preparations for this arraignment and Mr. Murray has been in the company of legal experts for weeks. I can assuredly state that Mr. Murray had no involvement in the death of this man in any way shape or form,” said a spokesperson for the Doctor. “We would like to state very simply that Mr. Murray has nothing but sympathy for this man and his family. We hope that he died peacefully but if was the victim of foul play, then police should aggressively pursue the case. However Mr. Murray himself was very much not involved in this case.”
Murray pled not guilty on manslaughter charges once court resumed.
“As much as we try to maintain this notion that people are innocent until proven guilty,

the simple reality of life is that the vast majority of people simply do not think that way. Murray is guilty in the minds of most people whether or not the court convicts him, and that that makes him a certain kind of person. Any deaths that occur around him are inevitably going to be suspicious because he is a murderer in their eyes,” said Scrape TV Legal analyst Gabe Hawthorne. “That doesn’t mean that he didn’t do it. I mean killers kill and if he is in fact responsible for the death of Jackson, intentionally or not, he is a killer and it’s entirely possible that he will kill again given the opportunity. No one would think that he would kill someone at the courthouse at which he is being arraigned, but that makes it the perfect place to commit the crime. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.”
The deceased man’s cause of death has been postponed pending toxicology tests.
