U.S. REELING AS TORNADO FORCES STRIKE MIDWEST AGAIN

May 26 2011

El Reno, AR – Like all great nations, the United States is always going to be under the threat of attack. Whether that aggression comes from some twisted mentality believing itself to be the victim of some grand plan, as a forge on which to build one’s osama bin laden
own base of power, or as a result of honest and heartfelt misdeeds, there will always be someone in the world looking to attack a great power. Because the United States is what it is, she is going to be the target of that aggression.

That has of course most clearly been illustrated in the last decade, with the ongoing battle with terrorist forces around the world, a battle which has defined in many ways the nature of the U.S. herself. That conflict, with a death toll now into the hundreds of thousands, has been perhaps the most important and determinative battle in the U.S.’s history, at least on par with the Second World War. It has changed the landscape, altered economic realities, and shifted the world in deep ways. It was not a battle the U.S. chose to fight, but it was one they had to fight. However now, just as the terrorist threat starts to demure, The country is faced with perhaps it’s greatest opponent ever, fighting the forces of nature which have engaged in devastating attack on the Midwest portion of the country.

“I didn't see anything. I could hear it real loud though. We jumped up, got as far as tornado damage
the kitchen. There was wind and hail, it destroyed the trailer,” said Arkansas resident Brenda Murders of her experience during the tornado attack. “I ain’t never seen anything like that before. You see those things on TV and stuff but you don’t expect it to be on your doorstep. We were real lucky to get out alive. I hope that’s the last time we see that, I hope the President finally does something about this.”

Tornadoes have ripped through much of the country, even destroying the town of Joplin, Missouri and killing and estimated 1500 people. The President is currently touring Europe.

“This is time for action. These are forces that we simply cannot deal with on our own. We need federal aid. These attacks on our land are attacks on the country and the President should be here dealing with these things, not sipping champagne with foreign royalty. His duty is to the American people and his responsibilities are here,” said a state official who preferred not to be named. “No other President in history would allow these types of attacks on the country to go unanswered for. This is a President who has shown himself again and again unwilling to do what is right for any other reason than political gain. These tornadoes are far more destructive than any terrorist attack and yet he does nothing, simply hobnobs with foreigners. He needs to be back here dealing with these issues.”big tornado

Violent weather is continuing across the country, even spreading as far south as Texas.

“We expect that these types of violent weather events will continue for the next few weeks at least. We believe that this is merely the beginning of a series of similar incidents which will likely cause chaos throughout the southern part of the country over the coming months with floods expected along the Mississippi very shortly,” said Scrape TV Weather analyst Graham Gilliam. “It is also entirely possible that we will see an escalation of such efforts including possible Hurricane activity later in the year. This is the pattern we have seen in the past and we expect that to translate to this situation. Following that, there will likely be a cool down period before things heat up again.”

Thus far there has been no official comment from Washington on the violence.
