NAZIS AND COMMIES FINALLY JOIN FORCES IN THE OCCUPY WALL STREET MOVEMENT
October 17 2011
New York, NY – No matter how much pundits like to dismiss the Wall Street protestors, no matter much politicians and police try to keep them down, and no matter how disjointed the message might be, the protests are continuing, and continuing to expand.
While there is no doubt reason to doubt the veracity of the arguments of the protestors, there is little debate that the anger is real and potent. The people on the streets may very well not be able to articulate exactly what it is they are angry about, but it is clear they are very angry and that enthusiasm has kept the movement alive and spreading to other cities and even other countries.
Now the protestors have received their first real political support, in doing so brought together two of the most disparate political entities the world has ever seen. While the support of those two parties likely won’t do much for the public appetite for the protests, it does make it clear that the movement is truly bipartisan, bringing together people from all walks of life including Nazis and Commies for the first time.
“This is an exciting time! Thousands of mainly young people have been occupying Wall Street for three weeks already, and the “Occupy Movement” has spread to more than 200 other cities. On Oct. 6 the actions spread to our nation’s capital,” the Communist Party of the United States wrote on their website, a sentiment echoed by the American Nazi Party. It’s not clear if both parties were aware of the other’s support, or whether they will be able to get along long enough to join the protestors without killing each other.
The Commies did join protestors in Chicago. The Nazis apparently hung back, letting them believe that they were friends, at least for now.
“In the big picture, these protests will go nowhere. The movement is very disjointed and has a very ambitious and slightly silly objective, I think. It’s hard to determine exactly what the goal is, but from what I’ve seen it appears to be a little silly. What is important though, what is valuable, is that the spirit of protest is alive and well in America,” said Scrape TV American analyst Dave Davidson. “And these recent statements show that it really is a bipartisan movement, that it is bringing people from all political spectrums together and that is really interesting. Probably not important, but interesting.”
No major political party has yet joined the protests, though a number of celebrities have made appearances.
“The tough thing is that this is really a disorganized movement with a lot of people
just showing up. That type of disorganization will, in the end, cause things to unravel. People will walk away and start fighting with one another, and then we will likely end up with only the Nazis and the Commies, and that kind of thing just does not go well,” continued Davidson. “Sure, they’re friends right now. But eventually the Nazis will see all the space the Commies have in the protest camps and want some of it, and they’ll take it whether the Commies like it or not. The Commies, being a bigger group, will fight back and then this whole thing will descend into chaos with all sides fighting each other and then nothing gets done, even less than what’s getting done right now.”
The Nazis have already started to make provocative comments about the Commies.
