curiosity rover mars

CURIOSITY ROVER LANDS SAFELY ON MARS AND GETS READY TO ROOT OUT MARTIANS WHEREVER THEY ARE HIDING

August 6 2012

Pasadena, CA – After an eight month trip a nail-biting 14 minute descent, the Curiosity Rover is safe and sound on its new home on Mars. The half-tonne rover made a successful landing exactly on time and even started to send back images of the late-night Martian landscape. Now the rover will go on about its mission to seek out new life and new civilizations, assuming of course the Martians are willing to be found. Scientists and engineers are also hoping that the Martians won’t be too upset by us landing crap on their planet and start an interplanetary war.
